I was really looking forward to getting my order, and the checkout process itself was easy. Unfortunately, I waited two full weeks and the package still never showed up, which was really frustrating. Not a great delivery experience at all. That said, the company seems decent overall, and I’m hoping they can sort this out quickly

At first I was trying to give it the benefit of the doubt, but the more I looked at it, the less legit it felt. It just seemed fake, and yeah, I went from hopeful to annoyed fast. Definitely feels like a waste of money.

Checking out was simple, and the card page looked normal enough. My payment went through without any issues, but I did not really see much information about payment safety before I paid.
I would have felt better with clearer security signs or a few more payment options, like PayPal. It was not a bad experience, but for a first order, it did make me a little unsure.

I ordered from shopvillo.com and, to be fair, the item did show up in good condition, so I can’t really complain too much about that part. I guess the overall experience was okay, though I wouldn’t exactly call it impressive.
The shipping took longer than I expected, and the tracking didn’t update very often, which made it a little frustrating. It wasn’t a bad experience, but definitely not fast either. I might order again, but only if I’m not in any rush.

I checked a few other reviews before ordering, and I’m glad the packaging held up like people said. The box arrived neat and there wasn’t any damage at all.

"Return was easy"
I had to return one item because the size wasn’t quite right. Umm, the return process was actually straightforward, and I got the shipping label without any trouble. The refund took a few days, but it wasn’t too bad. Overall, it was a good experience, I just wish the updates came a little faster.

I ordered from shopvillo.com because the product details seemed straightforward. Silly me for assuming the item would actually match them. What showed up was off in size, material, and even the color looked different. Customer service basically replied with generic copy-paste answers, which was super helpful, obviously. It’s really frustrating when you buy something based on the description and end up with a totally different product.

I wasn’t happy with the whole order. The site felt kind of confusing to use, the updates came way too slowly, and trying to get help was more frustrating than it should’ve been. My gut feeling after this experience is that I wouldn’t order from shopvillo.com again

I ordered my usual size, but it didn’t fit like the size chart said at all. The top was way too tight, and the pants were just long, long in a weird way. it felt like too much hassle to deal with, so I wouldn’t say it was worth it

I tried placing an order on shopvillo.com because the site made it seem like the stuff I wanted was available, but once I actually started shopping, about half the items were out of stock. Some listings were still showing like they could be ordered, which was annoying. It’s not the worst experience ever, but it definitely didn’t match what the site seemed to promise.

"I thought this was going to be decent..."
I thought this was going to be decent based on the photos, it did look okay when I first opened it. But after a closer look, the quality just felt kind of cheap. It doesn’t seem very sturdy, which is annoying because I was hoping it would hold up for a while. Maybe it’ll be fine, I don’t know, but it already gives me the feeling it might wear out fast. It’s not terrible or anything, but I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

I had a hard time using this site. It’s not very easy to navigate, and just when I thought I understood how things worked, the terms seemed to change on me. it made the whole experience frustrating.

"I had a problem with my order..."
I had a problem with my order and reached out to customer service thinking it would be an easy fix, but it felt like they didn’t care. The replies were super short and didn’t really answer what I was asking, almost like they hadn’t even read my messages. I asked a simple question and just got passed from one person to another with no real solution. It was really frustrating and made me feel totally dismissed. I don’t think I’d order again if this is how they handle issues

"Not exactly a great use of my money"
I was expecting a little more considering what I paid, but maybe that was my mistake. The items just didn’t really feel like the quality matched the price.
It wasn’t the worst purchase I’ve ever made, so there’s that, but it definitely had a cheap feel to it. I’m sure I could’ve found similar stuff elsewhere for less, which is always a fun realization after the fact.
I wouldn’t order from shopvillo.com again. It just felt like one of those purchases where you open the package and immediately start questioning your life choices.

I tried placing an order, but the checkout kept freezing right after I entered my payment details. I had to refresh it twice, and then my cart just got cleared. It was really annoying, and I just ended up giving up

I had to return an item and I was a little nervous about how long the refund would take. If it dragged on too much, I probably would’ve just stopped ordering from them. But it actually came through in just a few days, which was a nice surprise. Support only replied once, but it was enough and everything worked out fine. Not a perfect experience, but no major complaints either. 4 stars from me.
